Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address and a hashed password, to run your account.
• Your orders, payments, balance history and the plans you bought.
• Usage totals for each plan (how much traffic it used), supplied by our network provider. We do not log the sites you visit through the proxies.
• The IP address and browser of sign-ins, kept for security.
• Messages you send in the support chat, with the page you wrote from, your IP address and your email if you give it.

Who we share it with

Our network provider receives the plan details needed to create your plan, not your email. Our payment processor handles your crypto payment and receives the payment amount and our reference number. Our email provider delivers account emails. We disclose data when the law requires it.

Cookies and visit statistics

We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in, to protect forms and to remember your support conversation. Before you sign up, one more cookie remembers how you first reached us (for example a link we posted, or a customer's invitation), so that the right invitation is credited and we know which of our posts are useful; it is saved with your account when you sign up and is not shared with anyone. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party analytics.

We count visits to our pages ourselves, without cookies: which page was viewed, the site the visitor came from, the country, and the kind of device and browser. Your IP address is used for a moment to tell one visitor from another within a single day, and is not stored with these counts.

Keeping and deleting

We keep account and payment records while your account is open and for as long afterwards as the law requires. To close your account or ask for a copy of your data, email support@proxies.boo.
