Proxies for checking your ads in every region
You cannot check a campaign aimed at Madrid from an office in Toronto. Load the placement through a local household or carrier connection and you see what the real audience sees.
Which proxy is best for ad verification?
For ad verification, pick residential proxies in the country and city the campaign targets, plus mobile proxies for placements sold on phones. Opening the page from a local connection shows you the ad exactly as that audience receives it.
Stand where the audience stands
Set the country, plus the state and city on residential plans, then open the page where the ad is meant to appear.
Phone ads on phone networks
Plenty of inventory is sold for mobile only. A carrier IP lets you check it from the right type of connection.
Fresh IP for each check
Rotating between checks stops ad networks from showing you a capped or personalised version.
Recommended proxy types
Setting it up in four steps
- Order the smallest Residential plan (one gigabyte) as a trial. Pay with crypto and it is delivered automatically.
- Take the host
resi.proxies.boo, port8080, and your username and password from the plan page. - Set the exit country with a code in the username, like
USERNAME-country-us. - Point the job at your real target. Working? Top up the same plan. Blocked? Move to the next proxy type listed above.

Ad verification: common questions
Why can I not check ads from my own office?
Ad networks decide what to show from the viewer's location and device. From your office you see ads aimed at your office, not the ones your campaign bought elsewhere.
Residential or mobile for ad checks?
Residential for placements on computers and home Wi-Fi, mobile for placements sold on carrier networks or inside apps. Many campaigns need both.
