An ISP proxy is a hybrid. The address is registered to a consumer internet provider, so a website that looks it up sees a residential network. The machine behind it is a server in a datacenter, so it is fast and stays online, and the address stays the same for as long as you rent it.
They are usually sold per address per month, not per gigabyte. BooProxies does not sell ISP proxies. The closest thing on a rotating residential plan is a sticky session, which holds one home address for a time you set, though a home connection can drop and take the address with it.
Questions about ISP proxy
ISP proxy or residential proxy?
An ISP proxy gives one fixed address that is fast and always online. A rotating residential proxy gives many changing addresses on real home lines. Choose the first for a single long-lived account, the second for volume or many identities.
Are ISP proxies the same as static residential proxies?
Yes. The two names describe the same product: an address registered to a consumer internet provider that does not rotate.

- Residential proxy
- A residential proxy sends your traffic through an IP address that belongs to a home internet connection, so websites see an ordinary household visitor.
- Sticky session
- A sticky session keeps the same proxy IP address for a set time, so several requests in a row look like they come from one visitor.
- Dedicated and shared proxies
- A dedicated proxy is an IP address only you use. A shared proxy, or a pool, is used by many customers, at different moments or at once.
